![]() I'm using Avast Internet Security which does'nt block Leapmotion. Can you help me out? I just tried the controller on my wifes Windows 7 Laptop and it worked, but it doesn't work both my Windows 8.1 Desktop and Laptop. Well I tried that one as well and my answer was:Īnd then it went silent. (VNCServer is one known possibility given it starts consuming ports at 5901.) If you download and run TCPView (a pretty small and useful diagnostic tool) do you see any other programs using port 5905?* ![]() In the meantime, the first easy thing to check that comes to mind is that you may have another program using port 5905 (signaling port for libxs) which conflicts. On my own machine TCPview 4.0 does show TCP v4 connections normally. I really like the search capabilities on 4.0 but I'm puzzled on this. With some effort there are a few things we could do to get debugging info deep in that library. On a customers machine TCPview 4.0 is not showing any TCP v4 connection, while UDP v4 and both TCP/UDP v6 is fine. At least we're getting closer to understanding the problem. *That's an error in libxs (Crossroads) that we have not seen before. This was the answer of the supportdesk on the issue: ![]() Connections that change state from one update to the next are highlighted in yellow those that are deleted are shown in red, and new connections are shown in green. As a solution I treid the workaround through the "cmd" to start the service. Additionally, TCPView can be set to recheck the connections at 1, 2 or 5 second intervals and displays the differences from the previous check. ![]()
